Key Features: Adheres plastisol ink to nylon fabrics Reduces ink fibrillation Low cure temperature formula of 270° Fahrenheit Gels at 220° Fahrenheit Rapid Cure Nylon Bonding Additive is a low-temperature cure additive that will help adhere your plastisol ink to a nylon garment. This product can also be used for reducing fibrillation depending on the percentage of product mixed into your ink. Nylon additive must be added to plastisol ink, it is not compatible with water-based ink. To help reduce Fibrillation: Mix 3 - 5% by weight to the ink of your choice. To help adhere to Nylon: Mix 5 - 10% by weight to the ink of your choice. Note: Once mixed with your ink, your ink will have a shelf life of around 8 hours. Clean-Up: Ecotex Plastisol Press Wash Recommended Mesh: 80-305 Recommended storage: Between 65°-90° Fahrenheit
